Semi-Permanent Makeup Questions
Does semi-permanent treatment hurt?
Some clients feel no sensation at all, others feel mild discomfort. Topical numbing is used to control discomfort.
How long does Semi Permanent Make – up last?
Semi Permanent Make Up should last up to 5 years. Over that time it is perfectly normal for the quality of colour to break down and fade. Which is why it is suggested that you have a top up procedure within 12-18 months to keep the look fresh and complete.
Am I suitable for Semi-Permanent Makeup?
Most people are suitable for some form of permanent makeup. At the clinic, one of the therapist will explore with you precisely which treatments will suit you best. This is a one – to – one consultation and includes a discussion of your dreams and expectations and any features you wish to correct or balance, your therapist will recommend the specific treatments she believes will achieve the effect you want and how it can be achieved.
How long does the semi-permanent treatment makeup take?
You will need to allow approximately 1.5 – 2 hours for your first appointment. A second visit is required 4 weeks after the initial visit to perfect the make – up and boost the color. A SPMU treatment is not deemed complete until the second treatment has been undertaken.
Laser Hair Removal Questions
Are there any side effects of laser hair removal?
After the treatment, redness and some slight swelling may occur, typically lasting anywhere from 12 hours to 48 hours.
How many treatments does laser hair removal require?
You must have the treatment on a regular basis to get the maximum benefit. Facial hair is treated every 4 weeks and body hair is treated every 6 weeks. We recommend a minimum of six treatments.
How does Laser Hair Removal it work?
Light is used to target and destroy hair follicles responsible for hair growth without harming surrounding tissue.
Can anyone have Laser Hair Removal treatment?
Laser hair removal is available for all skin types, including very light and very dark skin. Anyone with unwanted hair anywhere on his or her body is an ideal candidate for laser treatment. As melanin is needed in order for the treatment to be effective, laser hair removal unfortunately does not yet work on blonde, white or gray hair.
